These terms describe use of the ScrollGone iPhone app, operated by
rbt0. Support: hello@rbt0.com.
1.app licence
The app is licensed under
Apple’s
Standard End User License Agreement. These product terms explain ScrollGone’s
features and purchases; they do not replace that licence or restrict mandatory consumer
rights.
2.using scrollgone
ScrollGone helps you set your own usage limits and take video breaks. Apple Screen Time
authorization is required to shield selected apps. Break videos play inside ScrollGone after
you open it. You can change tracked apps, durations and language in the app. Operation
depends on iOS permissions and system behavior. ScrollGone does not guarantee a specific
reduction in screen time or provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
3.free and paid content
ScrollGone offers free content and optional paid content. What is available, what it
costs and what each purchase includes are shown in the App Store or in the app before you
confirm, and may change over time. A change does not affect a purchase you have already
completed.
One-time purchases are non-consumable. Eligible ownership can be restored with the
Apple Account used for the purchase.
A subscription provides access to premium content while it is active. Content bought
individually remains available independently of a subscription.
Consumable purchases are used up when redeemed and are not restored as unused. Any
usage limit that applies to them is shown in the app.
4.subscriptions and cancellation
The App Store shows the price, the billing interval and any trial offer and its length
before you confirm. At the end of a trial, the subscription renews at the displayed price
unless canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically
unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel
subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting your ScrollGone account or
uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple determines regional price and currency from your App Store country; changing the
app language does not change them. Refund requests are handled through
Apple’s refund service, subject to
Apple’s policies and applicable law.
5.accounts and data
A ScrollGone account is optional. Apple/Google sign-in can associate eligible purchase
access with your ScrollGone account. See the
ScrollGone Privacy Policy for data processing and
account-deletion details. You are responsible for protecting access to your Apple/Google
account and device.
6.content and availability
Use app content only as permitted by the app licence and applicable law. Do not
redistribute paid videos or attempt to circumvent purchase verification. Features may change
through updates; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact us if a purchased
feature is unavailable.
7.changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app and its services change. Changes take effect when
posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance of
the updated terms. Mandatory consumer rights and purchases you have already completed are
unaffected.

2.scrollgone’u kullanma
ScrollGone kendi kullanım limitlerini belirlemene ve video molaları vermene yardımcı
olur. Seçili uygulamaları engellemek için Apple Ekran Süresi izni gerekir. Mola videoları
ScrollGone’u açtıktan sonra uygulamanın içinde oynar. Takip edilen uygulamaları,
süreleri ve dili uygulama içinden değiştirebilirsin. Çalışma şekli iOS izinlerine ve sistem
davranışına bağlıdır. ScrollGone ekran süresinde belirli bir azalma garanti etmez; tıbbi
tanı veya tedavi sunmaz.
3.ücretsiz ve ücretli içerik
ScrollGone ücretsiz içerik ve isteğe bağlı ücretli içerik sunar. Nelerin sunulduğu,
ücretleri ve her satın alımın kapsamı, onaydan önce App Store’da veya uygulamada
gösterilir ve zaman içinde değişebilir. Bu değişiklikler, tamamlanmış satın alımlarını
etkilemez.
Tek seferlik satın alımlar tüketilmeyen niteliktedir. Uygun sahiplikler, satın almada
kullanılan Apple Hesabı ile geri yüklenebilir.
Abonelik, aktif olduğu sürece premium içeriğe erişim sağlar. Tekil olarak satın
aldığın içerikler abonelikten bağımsız olarak kullanılabilir kalır.
Tüketilebilir satın alımlar kullanıldığında tükenir ve kullanılmamış hak olarak geri
yüklenmez. Bunlara uygulanan kullanım sınırları uygulamada gösterilir.
4.abonelik ve iptal
Fiyat, ödeme dönemi ve varsa deneme teklifi ile süresi, onaydan önce App Store’da
gösterilir. Deneme sonunda iptal edilmemiş abonelik, gösterilen fiyattan yenilenir. Ödeme
Apple Hesabından alınır. Abonelikler mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal
edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. Aboneliği Apple Hesabı ayarlarından yönet veya iptal et.
ScrollGone hesabını silmek ya da uygulamayı kaldırmak aboneliği iptal etmez.
Bölgesel fiyat ve para birimini Apple, App Store ülkene göre belirler; uygulama dilini
değiştirmek bunları değiştirmez. İade talepleri Apple politikaları ve uygulanabilir mevzuata
tabi olarak Apple’ın iade hizmetinden
yapılır.
5.hesap ve veriler
ScrollGone hesabı isteğe bağlıdır. Apple/Google ile giriş, uygun satın alma erişimini
ScrollGone hesabınla ilişkilendirebilir. Veri işleme ve hesap silme ayrıntıları için
ScrollGone Gizlilik Politikası’na bak. Apple/Google
hesabına ve cihazına erişimi korumak senin sorumluluğundadır.
6.içerik ve erişilebilirlik
Uygulama içeriğini yalnızca lisansın ve mevzuatın izin verdiği şekilde kullan. Ücretli
videoları yeniden dağıtma veya satın alma doğrulamasını aşmaya çalışma. Özellikler
güncellemelerle değişebilir; zorunlu tüketici hakları etkilenmez. Satın aldığın bir özelliğe
erişemiyorsan bize ulaş.
7.koşullardaki değişiklikler
Uygulama ve hizmetler değiştikçe bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler, bu sayfada
yeni tarihle yayımlandığında yürürlüğe girer. Sonrasındaki kullanım, güncellenmiş koşulların
kabulü anlamına gelir. Zorunlu tüketici hakların ve tamamlanmış satın alımların bundan
etkilenmez.
